Here is a cake I made. It is orange-lemon-walnut-cardamom cake with apricot filling and powdered sugar on top. Here are Skully and mini-Skully to wish you a happy erev.
Also for dinner: Asian white sweet potatoes with middle eastern spices, whole wheat/cornmeal matzoh kugel, cajun BBQ chicken, steamed Italian-herbed broccoli, and of course E’s very excellent homemade challah—an international hodgepodge.
